Blend: 40% Malbec, 30% Aglianico, 10% Syrah, 10% Abbott Merlot, and 10% 1725 Petit Verdot.

Fermentation: Cool, eight-day fermentation

Time aging in oak: 24 months, French Oak

Finish Alcohol: 14%

Acid/pH: 3.5 pH

Production: 125 cases

Best time to drink: Drinking beautifully now, and will continue to through 8-10 years from the vintage date.
