Blend: 75% Aglianico, 10% Syrah, 5% Abbott Syrah, 5% Refosco, 5% Malbec

Fermentation: Slow, cool, eighth-day fermentation

 

Time aging in oak: 18 months, French Oak

 

Finish Alcohol: 13.5%

 

Acid/pH: 3.48 pH

 

Production: 150 cases

 

Best time to drink: Drinking beautifully now, and will continue to through 8-10 years from the vintage date.
