Suggested Aromas: This wine shows dark, jammy fruit, earthy notes & sweet spice on the nose. Bold tannins, integrated acidity & bright red berries on the finish.

Blend: 60% Abbott Merlot, 40% Abbott Cabernet Franc

Fermentation: Cool, six-day fermentation

Time aging in oak: 12 months, French Oak

Finish Alcohol: 13 %

Acid/pH: 3.4 pH

Production: 120 cases

Best time to drink:  Drinking beautifully now, and will continue to through 8-10 years from the vintage date.
