Blend: 50% Leon Millot, 25% Baco Noir, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon

Fermentation: Cool, seven-day fermentation

Time aging in oak: 12 months, French Oak

Finish Alcohol: 13.5%

Age-ability: Should age well through 2020
